About Recruitment
We have a one-round consultant interview process. General membership does not require an interview.
Selected candidates from our online application will receive invitations for a 30-minute interview with our members. There are two styles of interviews, although both encompass behavioral questions. Our first interview format consists of behavioral questions and one traditional consulting case question that is focused on business management and business operation. Our alternative interview consists of behavioral questions and one technical coding question. Once offered an interview, you will have the option to select whichever format best suits your preferences and skillset. The interview format you select will not hinder your candidacy as an Innovex prospective member.
